Block digestion system
Explore the superior performance and flexibility of our Kjeldahl MBC Series digesters, indispensable for quality control laboratories in the food industry that need to process numerous samples accurately and at the same time. Available in six models, these digesters are capable of processing between 6 and 40 samples simultaneously, varying in tube size and the quantity of sample positions each model accommodates.
With over three decades of successful research and development, our Kjeldahl digesters are constructed from premium materials, ensuring longevity and durability. The system consists of a heating block, a back support, a rack for digestion tubes, a set of sample tubes, and a portable fumes collector.
Every model in the Kjeldahl MBC Series is equipped with a 5” touchscreen, Wi-Fi connectivity for result analysis via RAYPAnet, and allows for up to 10 user-free programs. Its new microprocessor enables setting the digestion temperature up to 450ºC offers two modes of operation: a steady temperature setting or a programmable sequence of up to 10 segments with adjustable duration and target temperature.
These digesters are the perfect choice to be used together with our Scrubber and Kjeldahl distiller for the pre-distillation digestion stage. Furthermore, they are designed to work seamlessly with our Fat Extraction System, facilitating the initial acid hydrolysis step of the sample.
TOUCHSCREEN AND MULTIPLE PROGRAMS
All parameters can be easily adjusted through a 5" touchscreen. The microprocessor features 10 programs that are customizable by name and can be modified by two operational modes, either maintaining a constant temperature or through up to 10 segments that can be adjusted by duration and target temperature. Additionally, the start or automatic conclusion of the test can be scheduled by date and time.
SUPERIOR CONSTRUCTION QUALITY WITH A FOCUS ON SAFETY AS A TOP PRIORITY
The main structure is crafted from stainless steel and coated with epoxy resin, ensuring exceptional strength and durability. The tube rack handles are thermally insulated, facilitating the safe handling of samples. The heating block, made from aluminum and insulated with rock wool and ceramic fiber, guarantees a uniform temperature distribution across all samples. The fume collector includes a drip tray to capture any condensed vapors at the end of a test, preventing spillage. Moreover, the heating block cover is coated with Halar® resin, adding an extra layer of protection. The system is equipped with a dedicated screen for authorized technicians and includes an access port for the insertion of an external validation probe. In the event of an error, the display will present an alert message, allowing for the swift resolution of the problem.
